Adding Bedrooms & Custom Buildouts
Converting living or dining space into extra bedrooms is scoped and quoted individually. As a rule of thumb, a new bedroom runs about $1,500–$2,000 for walls plus roughly $1,000 for furniture, adds around $800/month in rent, and pays for itself in under four months.
