Acceptance of Terms
By using the Jean Capital Investments website or submitting a booking request, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
Service Bookings
Submitting an income report request is not a service agreement. We will contact you by phone, text, or email to share your custom Co-Living Income Report and, if you wish, discuss placement, management, setup, or consulting. Your income report is free and carries no obligation.
Quotes and Pricing
We provide clear, written pricing before any paid service begins — placement, management, setup, or consulting. You are under no obligation to proceed after your free income report. Quoted prices remain valid as stated in writing.
Warranty
Maintenance are covered by a workmanship warranty as stated on your invoice (typically 90 days on parts and one year on labor unless otherwise noted). The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, subsequent work by other contractors, acts of nature, or normal wear and tear.
Cancellations
You may cancel or reschedule a booking at no cost by contacting us at least two hours before the scheduled appointment. We reserve the right to charge a trip fee for no-shows or late cancellations on emergency or after-hours bookings.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by applicable law.
